Tech Layoff Center is built around narrow data. We do not ask for severance agreements, employer documents, immigration records, tax records, or private employment files.

What we collect

• Email address and optional first name when you request the free guide.
• Checkout/delivery information processed by Stripe and recorded only as needed to deliver the paid pack and maintain fulfillment receipts.
• Basic request metadata available to Cloudflare Pages/Workers, such as URLs, timestamps, user agent, IP-derived security data, referrer, and UTM parameters.

What we do not collect

We do not collect or review severance agreements, employer files, private code, customer data, visa records, tax documents, or sensitive employment documents.

If you request the free guide, we may send the guide and related educational follow-ups. You can unsubscribe using the link in the email.

Analytics and attribution

We use first-party form fields, referrer, and UTM parameters to understand which TLCC-controlled links lead to opt-ins or purchases. This site does not need third-party behavioral advertising scripts to function.
